Sportsman's Dinner May 2002
Our third Sportsman's Dinner, at the Wigan Investment Centre on Friday May 3, 2002, was a storming success, with more than 180 people attending. Guest speaker Howard Kendall and top comic Hal Nolan provided us with a great evening's entertainment, and a memorable night for all was finished off in style later on by some superb on-stage dancing in Wigan's Aussie bar, Walkabout, by a club official who understandably now wishes to remain anonymous.
